Some fine detail on this decorative window treatment for a set design project. We CNC cut this in 1/4” black sintra. If we dont have a material in stock, we can source it for you 🛸

We CNC cut this 4x8 wall divider, designed by @tangible.space from a 3” thick custom lamination of baltic birch plywood and 2-ply white oak faces. It was a heavy one, but a great result in the space. 🔥We do all custom lamination in house ! 👽

Check out these fluted wall panels we CNC cut in 3/4” Medex. These will get painted, sealed and installed in a cafe interior. Our client needed a fast turn around on these as the large scale manufacturer had a 1 month lead time. Email cnc@third

Before and after laminating these 3” layers of 15lb HDU foam into a 30” tall mold. These will get fiberglassed and used to cast concrete table bases 🛸👽

Finally, some color! For this outdoor signage installation we used 1/2” King Colorboard. Its a environmentally stabilized high density polyethylene that wont fade, warp or delaminate when used outdoors. Comes in all different colors

This CNC cut Corian sink features some funky two sided cutting. Once assembled with color matched adhesive, the sink will mount flush to a corian countertop and be completely seamless. Email us if you have some high tolerance router projects ! 👽

Some more PVC magic on this 3D milled topography with docks and street grid. Sintra comes in a variety of thicknesses and is a relatively cheap option for CNC cutting high res models. Email use at cnc@thirdkindstudio ! 👽
